I understand that by successful payment or registration, I have read and accepted the terms & conditions stated on this page. The following terms and conditions are applicable for members, racers, sponsors, and customers interacting with Offshore Powerboat Association (OPA Racing LLC).

Hereafter, the "person"/"organization"/"team"/"sponsor" buying any packages, plans, race entries, or merchandise referred in this document as "Services" that includes but is not limited to: Race Registration, Memberships, Event Tickets, Merchandise, VIP Experiences, and Sponsorship Packages from OPA Racing LLC or any of the direct / redirect / indirect links to this page, URL's, or Domains will be referred in this document as "Client", "you", "your" and;

OPA Racing LLC as the "Organization", "we", "us", "our".

1. Race Registration & Memberships

All race entries, memberships, and associated fees are subject to the rules and regulations set forth in the official OPA Racing Rulebook. By registering for an event, you agree to abide by all safety protocols, technical inspections, and decisions made by OPA Racing officials.

2. Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all payments for race entries, memberships, and merchandise are final. Refunds for event cancellations due to weather or acts of God will be handled on a case-by-case basis as determined by the OPA Racing Board of Directors.

3. Media & Likeness Release

By participating in or attending an OPA Racing event, you grant OPA Racing LLC the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Organization.

4. Liability & Indemnification

Offshore powerboat racing is an inherently dangerous sport. By participating, you agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless OPA Racing LLC, its officers, directors, officials, and sponsors from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees associated with your participation in any OPA Racing sanctioned event.

5. Code of Conduct

The Organization maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional behavior, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct. OPA Racing reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or ban any team, racer, or affiliate found in violation of our code of conduct.

6. Merchandise Purchases

Physical goods purchased through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Amendments

OPA Racing LLC reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify the Terms of this Agreement at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our Terms of Agreement.
